Yes. Tenants may brand their stands and food trucks with their own visual identity, in line with agreed rules and the overall aesthetics of the area. You can also place an illuminated advertising sign on the roof of your food truck. Additionally, we have two advertising pylons featuring the GASTROGAJ logo, with dedicated spaces for tenant labels showing your logo, offer and opening hours, visible from the main street near the busiest InPost parcel locker.

Yes. The location at the intersection of Pirenejska Street and Wandy Rutkiewicz Street in Wrocław provides convenient access and the possibility of short-term parking nearby, which supports quick “on-the-way” purchases. On both sides of the site there is free residential parking with over 105 spaces.

Rental agreements are flexible – both short-term and long-term rentals are available, either year-round or for the summer season. The terms are tailored to the type of business, seasonality and availability of a specific space. We are open to individual proposals.

Yes. Tenants can be promoted through GASTROGAJ’s shared communication channels (website, social media and local activities), which increases visibility and brand recognition. We run profiles on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest, where we regularly publish content featuring our tenants’ products. When you join GASTROGAJ, you receive promotional photos and videos from us, which we publish as reels, stories and posts – especially helpful at the beginning of your presence. On site, there are also two advertising pylons with tenant boards displaying your logo, product offer and opening hours, visible to pedestrians along Wandy Rutkiewicz and Pirenejska streets.

Yes. There are two ways to access water at GASTROGAJ. You can either connect water directly to your container or food truck, or use a shared water tap available on site.

To check currently available rental spaces at GASTROGAJ, go to the “Menu” at the top of the website and select the “Available stands” section. You will find numbered spots, with available spaces marked in green, suitable for containers, food trailers, food trucks and other services. GASTROGAJ is divided into two zones: a food zone and a service zone. The food zone includes spots marked with the letter “G” and is located around a shared covered seating area with picnic tables. The service zone, marked with the letter “U”, is dedicated to non-food services and is located on the other side of the property, near the grocery store.

No. We offer places, stands and spots not only for food trucks, but also for other outdoor services, containers, retail points, vending machines, seasonal stands and temporary businesses. It is also possible to organize an event at GASTROGAJ for one day or even just a few hours. In such cases, water and electricity access is also available.

Yes. All places and stands at GASTROGAJ have access to electricity. You can connect your food truck to single-phase or three-phase power. In total, GASTROGAJ has 24 kW of available power, which provides a significant reserve. Currently, approximately 8 kW is used by all tenants combined. The connection is made via a professional electrical distribution board, not unsafe sockets accessible to passers-by. In addition, each tenant has an individual circuit breaker, meaning that a fault on your side will not affect others, and an outage at another stand will not cut off your power.

Yes. GASTROGAJ is located in the Gaj district of Wrocław, in an area with high pedestrian traffic, close to residential buildings, shops, service points, a hospital, a school and several kindergartens. The site also includes parcel locker machines from five courier companies, generating daily traffic of over 600 people sending and collecting parcels. Additionally, there is a grocery store on the property that attracts many customers every day, increasing your visibility and encouraging impulse purchases.

Yes. Our rental agreements include an exclusivity clause for your main product. This means that if, for example, your core offer is pizza, no other tenant at GASTROGAJ will sell pizza during the period of cooperation. The clause does not apply to complementary products such as fries or beverages like water or Coca-Cola.

Yes. It is possible to rent a stand for a short period – for example for a few days, a weekend, a week or for special events. Let us know what you need. During the event, water and electricity can also be provided if required.

Yes. GASTROGAJ offers seasonal rentals, for example during spring–summer, the holiday season or selected months of the year. This is a good solution for food trucks and test concepts. We define the summer season as the period from April to September inclusive.
